By working closely with the Senior Management Team we were successful in steering a path to certification that enabled the directors and staff to operate effectively without the burden of a bureaucracy that can often restrict the talent of the individual.
Since certification the profile of the organisation has been raised and as a consequence new markets that were previously barred from entry have become the focus for sustained growth and increased market share.
