Marketing Questionnaire

The practice approached WLP to obtain objective feedback from past and existing clients about several aspects of their service. The directors were keen to learn what they did well and, of course, that which is not done so well.

We contacted clients they offered an objective insight to the services. This was a sensitive exercise with the client receiving in-depth feedback.

This led to several recommendations and changes to the approach traditionally taken by the firm, as well as enabling their Project managers to learn about how to improve client relationships.
