Credit Crunch: Marketing for attraction

A significant landmark has unique characteristics as a conference and food facility, in central Norwich. The potential for business is extensive and the business, which is a charitable trust, wished to have assistance mentoring the Marketing Manager to define potential, establish scope, prioritise and implement new marketing initiatives.

We focused on mentoring the Marketing Manager. A marketing plan was produced and launched to the departmental heads, who then made a significant input to the plan.

This helped to obtain buy-in from key sections of the business for the plan. We improved their leadership and communication skills, and enabled them to take the plan forward as an initiative “owned” by all managers and departments.
