A company producing catalysts, oxygen generators and absorbent’s that are used in military and medical applications to provide reliable supplies of emergency oxygen and to purify waste gases was required to apply for an IPPC permit.
We provided a full service of preparing, submitting and supporting the introduction of the IPPC regime for the company. The application was prepared and submitted on time.
With a good understanding of the permit requirements the company were able to make business decisions that reduced the application to “low impact”. This was accepted and a Low Impact permit was agreed.
