As part of their planned growth, a financial services provider needed to recruit a Marketing Manager.
After determining our Client’s detailed requirements WLP created job and person specifications, advised on an appropriate remuneration package and reviewed the company’s employment contract. An advertisement was drafted and placed, on very favourable terms, with an on-line recruitment site. Applicants were vetted, interviewed and tested, and references checked. Three candidates were invited to a second interview with WLP and our Client, following which our recommendation for an appointment was accepted. Support was also provided during the successful candidate’s induction period.
Nine months on, our Client has an excellent Marketing Manager contributing to their continued growth and success.
