A printer company was registered to ISO 9000. However the quality system was not embraced by the ‘people’. They had to refocus the quality system and integrate with the company systems, to help take the business forward and support it in its growth.
We worked with the management team in order to improve the processes and the understanding of the system in the workplace.
The managers were soon using the revised published processes to re-examine the performance within their departments. They listen to what the customers are telling them, to analyse, understand the ‘broad’ picture and translate into measured continual process improvement across the business. Managers now understand what the value of the process is to the overall company.
