Recruiting a Key Member of Staff for Funeral Provider

As part of their planned growth a provider of prepaid funeral plans needed to recruit an office manager.

After determining our Client’s detailed requirements we created job and person specifications, advised on an appropriate remuneration package and reviewed the company’s employment contract. We drafted and placed the advert with an online recruitment site. Applicants were vetted, interviewed and tested, and references were checked. Two candidates were invited to a second interview with us and our Client, following which a recommendation was made. Support was provided during the successful candidate’s induction period.

Six months on, our Client has a thoroughly competent new key member of staff contributing to their continued growth and success.
