The business builds and lets industrial units to SMEs who are making their first move from garages in the garden to commercial operations. The leases are easy in easy out, so three months notice is required by tenants.
WLP helped recruit a marketing assistant and this role has developed over the years to incorporate service delivery improvements, communication with tenants, newsletters and other marketing initiatives. This includes working with intermediaries and advisors, who help businesses to find suitable and affordable premises – not easy in Norfolk!
Our help continues with creative marketing support which has included new literature.
