A printing company had 70% of its business with a significant part of the public sector. The sector wished to make its tenders only available electronically. The company was also restricted as to who could complete estimates.
We purchased and installed and set up the system for the company to access the tenders. We also worked with them to obtain install a standard system for them to control their business.
The company was successful in retaining its business in the public sector and maintained its profitability while the Managing Director was absent for about a third of the time.
