A public sector service organisation was looking to increase revenues potential by examining the potential from chargeable services. They then acquired a number of charitable status clients and wished to better understand the charity market sector before making any strategic moves to enter.
We carried out a comprehensive study of those internal activities with the highest income potential, to determine an initial list of possible service opportunities. Along side this we conducted a regional market survey of businesses and other public sector organisations to determine the interest in the possible service.
Following this we were able to present them with an analysis of their potential and the corresponding market appetite.
