By working with the Managing Director and members of the Senior Management Team we were able to redesign the quality management system enabling better control of quality processes whilst reducing the time and cost required for their maintenance.
The business has benefited from reduced system bureaucracy regaining control of its quality management system. The Senior Management Team is now to seek integration of the quality management system with other management systems during the next stages of its development.
