An Architectural practice were looking to adapt to the recession hit construction industry, and seek to review its organisation and structure, review where they were, what options for growth/improvement exist, and examine their state of preparedness for moving forward with a strategy for growth.
A health check of the business was conducted and introduced some objective soul searching, challenged current and traditional thinking, as well as provided some direction for the board to consider for future growth, including succession planning.
A detailed assessment was delivered together with recommendations and a program of actions. This was backed by supporting evidence, identifying weaknesses/strengths and opportunities for the firm. It also included strategic options which exist, including new ideas, which the firm might wish to consider and include in a strategy for growth.
