A multi branch Estate Agency needed to update their Quality Management System to comply with a new revision of the ISO 9001 standard.
We identified and eliminated a number of areas where there was either duplication or unnecessary procedures and converted the remaining system from a text based system on paper to a flow charted, Intranet based system.
The system was then installed throughout all branches, and staff trained. Also we attended the next external audit to support our client in being recertified to the new ISO standard.
As a result, the company has a streamlined, business friendly Quality Management System.
