A small company providing a service to the major domestic construction market in the South East, needed to gain stronger project financial control after extending its business substantially in recent years. Our involvement was to process map all stages of projects and develop a PC based system.
By working with members of the Senior Management Team we were able to replace the existing system to give control and management information throughout the project, enabling better project decision making.
The business has benefited from reduced system bureaucracy regaining control of its quality management system.
