A private company comprising 16 Norwich based GP Practices set up to provide improved access to health care provision in the community for the benefit of local residents and patients.
As part of this initiative, the initial task was to help the new company set up the case and determine the correct processes, including resources and team, to support a private dermatological service for treatments not normally available on the NHS. This gave patients a choice and access to qualified, quality and local treatments.
We were able to then advise on pricing, the process of delivery, and establish a model to determine viability, including the cost framework that reflected realistic factors for the client to establish feasibility and precede to commercial launch.
