What is Growth Vouchers?
Growth Vouchers is a government programme to help businesses access strategic advice on a range of topics including finance, marketing and leadership. The funding available can cover up to 50% of the cost of the advice. However, time has run out as the Growth Vouchers scheme closed to new applications on the 31st March 2015.
Camouflage Company Reveals its True Potential!
Hyde Definition designs and manufactures camouflage products which are distributed across the globe. It had reached a crossroads and the directors felt a more structured approach was needed to make the next leap forward.
The business was granted a Growth Voucher and approached WLP for support. WLP worked with the directors to help them first understand their strengths and weaknesses. We then guided the team through the construction of a business plan, challenging them to think deeply and analytically about their markets, intellectual property and business risks, as well as helping to develop a budget for the next three years.
Finally, to ensure the plan will be implemented, a comprehensive set of costed actions were created with ownership and accountability. WLP will continue to act as a sounding board as the evolution takes place.
