Improving Quality Systems

We were asked to improve the quality system to meet the requirements of the system for roof truss manufacturer and ISO 9001.  The company had used a standard wordy document that did not reflect what they did.

We worked with them and produced within 6 weeks the flow diagrams that reflected their current practice and initiated customer surveys.  We discovered some additional customer needs unknown to the business which we adjusted the systems to provide.  Without out this discovery they would have lost market share in the near future.

They passed their next audit with flying colours and acted on the new customer need. This helped improve performance and prevent a down turn through lost business.
