Recruitment in a Successful Property Business

A successful property business needed to recruit a replacement for a key person who was due to retire. This was a tough challenge to ensure the incumbent would have the right mix of skills and knowledge to take the company forward, as well as “fit in” with the culture and values of the business.

A well qualified set of candidates were obtained, filtered and interviewed, leading to a quality short list for the Company directors to consider.
