A retail company operating from 4 sites in East Anglia was suffering losses and sought
the help of our consultant to try and turn this around.
Our consultant conducted a review of the operations, resulting in the sale of a redundant warehouse, and a focused business plan was provided and implemented. We also conducted monthly board meetings to keep things on track.
As a result of this, the company returned to profitability and was able to continue trading. Our consultant chaired regular board meetings enabling monthly monitoring to ensure the business remained on track. The retail stores were re-modernised to tackle the ever changing competition from the major stores and supermarkets.
