£8million, 25 year old company modernising Kensington property was 30% late & 30% over spent on contracts and could only do one job at a time. It wanted better performance and multiple contracts.
Our consultant produced flowcharts of their processes and simplified information flows and availability. We recommended appointments giving job and people specifications and methods.
The client were also introduced to project management techniques and decision making, as well as being recommended a way of introducing Job Costing. An action plan was produced.
Result – As a result they have achieved one job so far, and progress is on time and on budget.
