A significant landmark has unique characteristics as a conference and food facility, located in central Norwich. The scope and potential for business is extensive and the business, which is a charitable trust, wished to have assistance mentoring the Marketing Manager to define potential, establish scope, prioritise and implement new marketing initiatives.
We focused on a mentoring approach with the Marketing Manager where a marketing plan was produced and launched to the departmental heads, who then made a significant input to the plan.
This assisted the Marketing Plan to obtain buy-in from key sections of the business, improved their leadership and communication skills, and enabled them to take the plan forward as an initiative “owned” by all managers and departments.
