Travel Agency Contracts Reviewed and Changed

Large regional travel agency needed to review employment contracts, terms and conditions and prepare a new range of compliant and best practice policies from Equality to Harassment.

All contracts were revised and implemented to comply with latest employment practice and regulations, setting up ease of access on the company’s extranet using “easy find” links.

A review of pay scales and job roles resulted in a grade scale being implemented to provide a structure to otherwise fragmented pay arrangements which had evolved over many years and as a result of several acquisitions. This work also entailed new competency based job profiles and a linked appraisal process.

The company’s performance in the travel sector were consistently above industry average in terms of sales and net profit since the changes were introduced until it was sold.
