Business Improvement Initiative

When did you last take a step back to review your business?

The WLP Business Improvement Initiative identifies opportunities where you can improve your profitability by at least £10k (NPBT) within 12 months. We will identify areas in your business where you can achieve this, with a guarantee that if we cannot then you pay us nothing.

Over the course of around four weeks we will guide your business through the 6-step route to reveal real business improvement, covering:

  • The marketplace
  • Customer survey
  • Review of products and services
  • Financial review
  • The supply chain
  • Your processes

You will benefit from the outside view and pragmatic guidance that our consultants provide. Our team of consultants have a wealth of knowledge and experience across a range of industries, having been successfully helping businesses for over 25 years.

Our fee for this is just £5,000 + VAT, with £2000 + VAT being paid up front. This is returnable in the event that we cannot point to at least £10,000 of sustainable profit improvement achievable within 12 months.
