One of the leading providers of energy procurement and management services for private and public sector organisations in the UK and across Europe, wished to extend its market reach by obtaining ISO 9001 for all its services. They had received a recommendation to contact WLP as we had helped others connected with this sector.
Working closely with the person internally responsible for achieving registration, our consultant supplied drafts for the more common templates and helped in the development of the company specific documents. We also advised on clarity and responsibilities.
The internal coordinator changed but the new person came up to speed very quickly. They were trained in understanding the standard and internal auditing. The company achieved registration in February 2015 first time; just 10 months after the start of the process. They now have new opportunities to bid.
