Our consultant revised the existing business plan for the owner with a new strategic direction for growth. Systems and processes were enhanced (including the CRM system) and we assisted them in starting to exhibit new equipment at events such as trade shows. We also helped with planning on a new website and introduced the client to using targeted editorial in relevant trade media.
