A major print and packaging business and part of a group of companies needed help in establishing clear priorities for action.
By working with the Managing Director and members of the Senior Management Team we were able to analyse current reporting structures identifying efficiency ‘gaps’ and to implement alternative feedback mechanisms.
The Business has as a consequence re-structured its management team and with increased enthusiasm for success there is a real drive to applying real solutions to problems that have previously restricted growth. There is now a sense of purpose and teamwork.
