The interesting point is that this doesn’t just relate to the sales process and your latest proposition. What about your new networking contact you have just met? Business development? Potential targets? Not forgetting your existing clients!
The same can be said of relationships in general, whether business or personal we soon tire of having to be the one making all the running.
So whether it’s a marketing campaign, your new business quotation or just good old long-established relationships, make sure you FOLLOW-UP.
